Prosecution Unit

Sergeant Ryan McCarthy serves as the Chelmsford Police Department’s court prosecutor and is assigned full-time to the Lowell Justice Center. In this role, she ensures that all court documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, and that reports involving criminal charges are thorough and properly prepared. Sgt. McCarthy is a valued member of the court staff and plays an important role in supporting the judicial process.
