Officer David Leo and his partner K-9 Alun
K-9 Unit
The Chelmsford Police K-9 Unit is comprised of Officer David Leo and his partner K-9 Alun. Alun is a 5-year-old German Shepherd who is trained in patrol, narcotics, and search & rescue. Officer Leo and Alun are also part of the NEMLEC K9 Unit. Officer Leo and Alun have been deployed to numerous large-scale events in the region in addition to responsibilities in Chelmsford.
